Thats the advice i received as a kid growing up from my Dad, “if you feel stressed, take 3 deep breaths in, and 3 deep breaths out”. And it worked every single time. Did anyone else get the same advice?
Maybe I was a highly stressed out kid, I really didnt think I was, but you’d have to think a relaxed kid wouldn’t get the same great advice.
It is amazing how good it makes you feel, just to release all your worries out with each breath into the universe.
