7 Day Gratitude Mindset.
Today we are so happy and grateful for perfect surf and great barrels.

What are you grateful for today?

It takes different amounts of time to create different habbits, some say it takes 21 days to create a habbit, others say the average is 66 days, but really all it takes is your willingness to create a change and work on it everyday regardless of how long it takes you before it becomes automatic.
Create a 7 day Mindset – work on your goals for 7 days, at the end of your 7days review your progress and set the goal to do again for another 7 days.
Its not a challenge, its a Mindset.
