- Starting at the bead next to your tassel, use your thumb to count each bead, pulling it towards as you recite your mantra or intention.
- Move bead by bead until you return back to the tassel.
- This journey around your mala is a complete medication cycle, helping you to focus your mind and infuse your being with the mala's energy.
